Ben worked in a family service business as a young man. Dedication, courtesy, hard work and ongoing education has been a part of his own business. He has worked as an appliance technician on most make and models and has done appliance installs for several companies and in the Parade of Homes. He believes in updating with the growing market to embrace technology, but keeps customer service values his priority.

Ben had a dream to run his own business for years. It was a part of his life growing up and working beside his father in his business. He loves to know what makes machines tick. He would tear down old motors, appliances, cars, heaters, etc so he could learn to put them back together. He has had an extensive work background and training in his field. His nephew Eric works with him in providing honest and exceptional service to develop trusting and happy customers. Their goal is to provide prompt service and save customers money.
